My agency is looking for a reliable poster with credentials. DO NOT BID....if you do not have proven examples of projects. We will be targeting 25 major cities. We will be providing a test campaign to winning bidder. If test campaign is a positive experience with your services, we will set up the next campaign immediately which will be a long term position.
