What you are requiring is what I do on a daily basis in my event and marketing role. Not only summarising an event but making it attractive to potential customers. I understand that this is an ongoing role, this suits me as I work part time only so can allocate much of my time to writing. All my nights are free therefore meaning that the deadlines you are after are not an issue. I prefer contact via email and all payments are via paypal.
