The testing mechanism will be drawing questions from the base and arranged them in a unique set of questions. The test will be checking candidates for their language competence. Therefore after finishing test the job applicant will receive one automatic feedback about evaluation. **Expectations:** The contractor should write * 100 or 150 questions * an evaluation scale * an descriptive evaluation of test resultsan **Formal criteria:** * price - cost-effective * documented experience and degree (especially: exam, writing test questions, list of publications) **Other information:** Choice of suppliers is based on the most beneficial tender, with the principles of openness, transparency and fair competition. Terms of the contract: * the amount of questions * warranty terms (6 months warranty from the date of start our virtual platform [login to view URL], conditions will be guaranteeing the exchange or correction to 15 % from questions, exchange will take place in two rounds in the third and sixth month warranty) * declaration of entering questions directly into the Administration Server * payment terms * License conditions / transfer of copyright and neighbouring rights **The project is co-financed by the European regional development fund.** **The price is negotiated.**
