I have two projects that can be bid on together or separately. First Project: 20 short articles (450-600 words) on Miami Beach with more work if the quality is good. The communities, the life style, fashion, culture, and anything real estate related. Articles will be used for content on a real estate site. There is plenty of material on the web about Miami Beach and I material you can start with. The articles must be written with SEO in mind with keyword density in the 5-8% range. All content should be original and will be owned by me with no fear of copyright infringement. No plagiarism will be allowed and will be checked. Second Project: I have gathered 50 articles, from the web, on real estate and web development. I want brief summaries 150-200 words and a 25-30 word description of the articles. The summaries must be written with SEO in mind and not a simple rewrite of a paragraph or two. I would like to establish a relationship with one or more good content writers for similar projects.
## Deliverables
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
