Copywriting for Real Estate Website

Looking for a great copywriter to quickly provide copy for a rental real estate website, based in Sydney Australia. This isn't a difficult or time-consuming job but requires a good wordsmith with creative thinking. There is a lot of existing copy to work with from a previous version of the the website. Some pages we require rewriting from other websites to match tonality of this website. There are a couple pages that we will supply bullet points of information needed for you to create copy. We also require 10 starter blog/ news tories but these will be an easy rewrite of existing stories. We want concise compelling copy, with SEO in mind. I am seeking a native speaker only, preferably someone with experience writing Australian copy & real estate. You will please need to show examples of your work. To ensure I select a Freelancer I am confident can do the job I will select 3 finalists and provide them with some copy to rewrite to then select who I will work with. I require this turned around quickly, preferably within a few days of receiving the job but please let me know your timelines.
