The articles will be based on 75 keyphrases on the following topics: Accounting, Real Estate, Financial Planning, Loan Calculators.

The articles will be of varying lengths, Here is a full list of what you will need to write:
25 x 200 word articles (total 5000 words)
25 x 250 word articles (total 6250 words)
15 x 300 word articles (total 4500 words)
10 x 400 word articles (total 4000 words)
Grand total 19,750 words. MY BUDGET IS $0.014 per word, so total budget is $277 for this project.
Guidance
When writing the website copy, please keep in mind the websites are designed specifically for a small business, to attract customers. So a combination of sales copy, description of services and useful information (displaying their expertise) is what I am after.
Article format - every article will need to have the following:
> a catchy title,
> break articles into at least 2 paragraphs for short articles, (4 for larger articles),
> Bullet points
> subheading for each paragraph,
> keyword density of 4%
> One key word will be made bold and the other will be made itallics (just formatting).
> Further Reading link to a relevant page - reference link to a government, wikipedia, news site, .edu or industry association site
