Hi, My proposal for the project is as follows. This proposal is based on On Screen Taking Off process. The software that will be used for the Taking Off process will be selected depending on the available file type. Firstly the project will be studied and the major components will be identified.(Achitectural , Structural and Services) Based on those components project milestones will be identified.( Competion of Taking off Quantities of Substructure,Completion of Super structure Structural Works /Architectural- Competion of Taking off Quantities of External Finishes,Masonry works,Internal Finishes etc.) Then the project will be scheduled for the given time frame (Maximum of 25Hr/Week).A project programe will be provided with a target for each day and the project progress will be evaluated regularly with the agreed targets. Depending on your preference a sample BOQ of a similar project will be used or a new BOQ will be drafted. In the taking off process , Taking off List will be used to ensure all the items are covered in the estimate and Structual Quantities and Architectual Quantities will be cross checked to ensure the accuracy of the estimation.
