Design / Moke-Up for Partner Website

PHASE 1 This phase 1 of the project is just a design / moke-up for our new partner portal and --- NOT THE ACTUAL PROJECT --- Please provide us with some moke ups, layouts how you would do that if you win the real project. PLEASE provide us with a proposal for the actual realization of the project. The budget for the moke-up is $80. We need a partner portal with the following requirements: 1) It need to fit into the look and feel of our general website and application Flash Forms. After you registered you will see the flash forms we use today. 2) The site need to be accessible through our general password protected site but then only if the user has the right profile. 3) The partner website need to have the following sections: * Partner News section - List of news with date, title, news content, allow 1 picture - Admin section: - Create, edit and delete News (title, content, 1 picture in content (automatic sizing) - Allow Content to be in DRAFT status and define availability date (show only if not draft and availability date is reached * White paper and literature download section - List literature with a title, description date of issue and a download button - Admin section: - Upload of documents - Define title, description, date of issue for document to be seen by the user * Marketing Material Request - A simple form to request marketing material - like a purchase order form - Form submits data to table - Admin Section - List of submitted forms - Accept or reject request (confirm the accept or reject back to user via email) * Partner programs - List of partner programs and initiatives (title, program details, requirements, allow 1 picture - Participation request (registers a partner to participate in the selected program) - Admin secton: - Create, edit and delete Programs (title, content, 1 picture in content (automatic sizing) - List participating partners - Approve or reject participation (confirm the accept or reject back to user via email) - Allow Content to be in DRAFT status and define availability date (show only if not draft and availability date is reached * Partner trainings and training registration - List available trainings, with agenda, location etc. (see admin) - Admin Section: - Create a training event (title, agenda, dates, locations, target audience, requirements, certificate, max no. of attendees, price) - Auto approve registration if payment paid by paypal (confirm the accept or reject back to user via email) - Manual approve or reject (confirm the accept or reject back to user via email) - Automatically show "Sold out" if a training is sold out - List of registered users * Partner support section - List available support contact, list FAQ - Allow partners to submit a support question (copy back to partner by email) - List all questions and answers from other users (don't list the user) - Admin Section: - Edit and manage up to 5 support contacts - Edit and manage FAQs - Create and manage question categories - Review and answer support questions * Internal Administration Sections - see details in the functional sections PHASE 2 We will give the project to the one with the best design at reasonable cost.
