Code / module optimization of an App - repost

In an existing app (not yet in store), which allows users to create handwritten notes, the write module has to be optimized or replaced entirely. The app uses the cocos2d framework, so you have to be familiar with it. The objective is a write mode, that provides a write feeling and typeface like the "Bamboo" App. So, the important features are: - There must be no delays while writing! - There must be no angular curves or lines! - A smooth feeling while writing - even at very fast handwriting! - The typeface has to look soft and smooth. The existing modules and functions must not - of course - be lost. The source code for the application (XCode 4.4.1 is required) is made fully available. A rapid implementation is desired!!
