Besides the 2 foot contour files, I need to collect existing utilities(CB/MH, cable, pipe,etc.), food truck(manufacture, or truck size) information. I will layout parking lot with AutoTurn turning check to ensure the food truck able to enter/exist the parking area. My grading plan will try to maintain existing surface drainage system. Grading plan includes sections, major points elevations, sections to show slope, pavement details. Drainage plan will provide calculation, drainage pipe to connect with existing CB/MH, and details. Sewer profile is to show elevation and connections. Utility plan shows existing sewer system, sanitary, hydro cables, communication cable. Hope there is conflict with existing utilities. If it is necessary, I may undertake entrance design into grading plan and sign at entrance will see whether required. I have 8 years North American civil engineering experience and my design work is professional and be able to accept by PEng in State.
