Character design

looking for a character artist who can design 3 male characters based on the chameleon animal. must be cute, contemporary, and appear to be part of a musical pop group and work in 3d at some stage after submission pencils..should reflect contemporaray charater styles also. email potential costs, work for hire rules prevail. any work samples would be very useful to determine what sort of styles and costs are out there.
