Hello, Good day, I am a GIS analyst and freelance Graphics designer. I studied Surveying and Geoinformatic in University where I studied Geographic Information Systems and learnt digitizing using ArcGIS. Currently, I make use of other GIS tools such as QGIS. I can georeferenced the TIFF image of the map using the specific projection and digitize the streams in this map. I can digitize the streams into line vector and maintain topology to avoid undershoots, dangles and end hooks. I will be using either ArcGIS or QGIS. Final deliverable will be the shapefile or any other format you require. It will take me 3 days to complete this project. I look forward to working on this project. Best regards.
