Design for a Personal Classified Ads Site

We are trying to do something that was very in 10 years ago back then you did a ad in a news paper to find friends, dinner dates so on, now we are trying to do a web version. We got some very very rought sketches of the design, what we need is someone that can create a design from the rough sketches, and create a beutiful design from that, we can use for the page. We expect the design to be made in Bootstrap and jQuery for the gallery part, we want to use technology we work with our selfs, but we dont got the time to do it our self, so we are looking for someone that could do this for us. And we expect it to be modern, and responsive, and look greate both on desktop and mobile devices. The colors of the sketch is just markup and to make difference of different objects.
