CSS/Design improvements

Hello, We need somebody with creative and design skills to polish up our design. We use twitter bootstrap as the CSS framework so you will need to be very familiar with it. You will propose new design elements, new ways of presenting the data in order to make the website more user friendly and nice to the eye. There is currently about 10-15 pages to work on. We will select based on experience on portfolio of what you have designed.
