Build a website template

Looking for someone to make this website into a template, [login to view URL] - Homepage - Services (Computer Repair & Help) - Checkout (Request a service, checkout) Need angular to load the data from a json file, no database needed. Just use dummy data/text that can be changed later. Do not need the full site, just the homepage and the services checkout form. Also no need for multiple services. User will choose 1 service and proceed to the checkout form to enter name, address (use google map/geocoding) and choose a time.
