Zendesk ([url removed, login to view]) has the ability to integrate their help in to our website. This is by way of a popup box. They give you the ability to customize the dropbox by way of CSS. We will provide a PSD of how the Dropbox should appear and you must customize the CSS to make it appear like the PSD file.

I have attached the PSD file and the CSS file you need to customize.
