The theme I'm working with is Contrast, as posted on [login to view URL]

I've already made a few changes, primarily to the fonts used in the text, the colors of texts and backgrounds, and to the images (just changing the color).
Attached is a mockup of what I want to do with the site. You can compare this with the theme at the [login to view URL] link I provided to get an idea of what I want to do.
1. Create a New Region
The defined regions in contrast are the menu, the content, and the right sidebar. There is a header image that is built into the theme. This is the image that says "Learn with the Experts" on the contrast theme and the blurred image in my uploaded proof. The Right side bar starts to the right of that header image.
I want to split the right sidebar into two separate regions. The first (new) region will be to the right of the header image and will end at the bottom of the header image. The second region will be the (existing but changed) right sidebar and it will start at the top of the content region.
2. Add my block content to that region. It will be the content seen in my addached proof. My content is the only part of the proof I've attached that is not blurred. My content will consist of (A) three separate images each with their own link or (B) it will be one image with an image map. I prefer A, but am fine with B if that is easier.
3. I do not want to use the standard block formatting from the theme for this new region. Typical blocks (as seen in the right sidebar on the Contrast theme) have a border, background, and defined headline. I do not want this for this new block.
