C++ projeckt Maze and agents -- 2

A code has to be written in c++ that generates a maze with desired width and height and passage width. ( this part is already done). Then we have to throw an even number of agents inside the labyrinth in random places in corridors and we have as much goals as agents. The goals and agents are randomly distributed at the beginning in the maze. Each agent has a specific goal but the address of the goal is in hand of another agent. so in order to find the goal Agents need to visit other agents to find that specific agent who has the address of the their goal. when they find each other they would exchange their information ( address of targets) and then they will move to their target position. Since agents may block other agent because agents can not go through eachother, the agents could exchange their goals. The tast has to be done in as little as possible steps.
