CAD Slipper (footwear) designs needed

We require somebody with both design ability and CAD skills to take a number of photographs of physical objects and create slipper CADS with requested changes. An example could be taking a photograph of a Lion Teddy Bear, taking its head only, changing small parts (such as the size of the eyes etc) and creating a CAD version of the head on the front of a slipper. We require around 10 of these initially, and will require many more going forward. This is a job for a very large company, and the quality needs to be very good. We will wish to see portfolios of previous CAD design experience and ideally have the wining bidder work on an example for us before signing any contracts for long term work.
