A few changes to a simple eBay Motors API program

We have a simple c# program that post to eBay motors and works. We need to add/change the following settings: 1. Require deposit for buy it now price, specify deposit amount and paypal account to be used for the deposit. 2. Upload Images to the eBay gallery 3. Specify best offer price, with automatic decline if value is below threshold 4. Specify payment and shipping options. 5. Select proper category for eBay motors All of the options mentioned above are part of the API. We will prefer a coder that have had specific experience with eBay API. An experienced coder can make those updates in less than 30 minutes.
