Hi. I've worked a lot in C#. I can do this quickly and efficiently. I've seen the sample dictionary. in its first portion, we have categories with numbers as indexes. in the second portion we have words which correspond to the above categories. so, when u give an input text, it will compare all of its words with the words in second portion of dictionary file, get the index of category for each found word and keep incrementing the counter for category. at the end it shows u a report of number of occurrences of each category. like humans: 18, body: 11 etc. I understand ur requirements and I can do it. we can have further discussion before we start the project. hope to have a good business with u :) waiting for ur response...

Hi, I've taken a look at your brief and the supplied dictionary file and it all looks quite achievable. I assume the words in the dictionary with asterisks on the end are wildcards, so any word in the input that matches on that from the start will match up to one of the categories? Shouldn't be a problem to deliver this. Once I see the dictionary I can decide on the best approach, for best performance and memory usage, but I've done similar work in the past (processing input files into large searchable memory matching systems) so am familiar with the general approaches to use here. I can deliver this for you in C#, with source code. All my code is structured in accordance with Microsofts design and styling guidelines, stylecopped and fully commented, so should be easy to read and maintain in the future, if needed. I can turn this around for you in a couple of days, once the dictionary is provided. If you can give me an idea of the input .txt file size too, that would be great (are they typically very small, very large or could they be anything!). Hi i am C# .Net developer and I would like to work on your project. just few clearification i require: 1) is attached file your final file or its just for testing ? as i checked i could not find the relation maintained for word "feeling" with words "happy","sad" and "bad" its my understanding about your dictionary should: like 1 feeling and then sad 1 happy 1 bad 1 so out can be acheved : Feeling = 3 in your current file: sad 125 127 130 and 125 affect 127 negemo 130 sad so "sad" will be catagorized in "affect","negemo" and "sad" plz clear the requirements .I am feeling you job easy to handle and interesting. thanks
