Develop Dual Pane Browser, Within 1 Window.

I require a program that will give me two browser panes, side by side, in the same window. I will use the first browser to search for things. The second browser must replicate the first browser, except change the criteria slightly, based upon predefined settings that I will give you. Outside of the two browsers, there must be a selection of tabs, with pre-saved searches, that I can run by clicking. When a search is run, it searches in the first browser for what I am looking for and at the same time the second browser copies this, with slightly different settings, as mentioned before. There are a few other little features, such as being able to backup/restore my searches. Option to create/delete/modify searches. Option to configure default settings. Some key points: 1# I would like the browser to be based upon webkit. 2# I will give more details of this project to the developers I am interested in. 3# I would be very useful if you have Skype or some other IM client that I can write to you on, send files, etc. 4# I would like to hire someone from Europe/USA/Russia/Australia 5# I will require a copy of the source. 6# I will pay half upon receipt of the working software and the second half upon delivery of the source code.
