DLMS/COSEM/OBIS (IEC62056-21) Electric metering project

Hi I have experience to work with energy meters in 2006-2009 years I was a developer and IT Specialist in hydro power plant. We had similar projects with specific devices and standards provided from the government of Georgia involving IEC62056-21 standards. After that I have intermittent experience working with this.
