My skill set is in old versions of Fortran V,77, 95. I request full source, a description of what the program is supposed to do, license information, and documentation. I will create a GUI for the application, in a modern language of choice. What I will do: Port your old code. Verify that your old code is operational, and free of bugs, and compile / build it. Write a new application, with a GUI, based on the old program. sign a non-disclosure regarding source, and functionality if necessary. What I will not do: I will not design logos, create custom animations, or create various sounds, write malicious code.
