Changes to existing C# ASP.NET web application

I need a freelancer who has a good knowledge of ASP.NET and C#. We have a web application already completed. We someone to comment some code out, add a few lines of code, and test. Here is a better description for the above task: We have an application that scrape some data with selenium from a website, which is parsed into a database and processed. The application receives instructions from and passes data to a third-party system using an API. We want to comment out the existing selenium scraper. We have built a new ruby script which will do selenium's job, (scrape data from website, and store complete page to some file on hard drive.) So in place where you commented out selenium, we want you to add some code so we can call ruby script, for example. Request from third party by API 1. C# code start 2. Get data from database 3. Calling ruby script with data from database ( ruby [login to view URL] data data data) 4. Wait for ruby script to finish and use status code that script was sent ( 0 successful 1 bad data etc...) 5. Read html files that script was made into string and continue parsing and storing to database (parsing and storing data already exist you just need to add reading from file, not use selenium response) So basically you will need just to do steps 3, 4 and 5. I think this will not be hard work and I really think this should not take you more then couple hours to read code and see what's going on, and add couple lines to finish tasks 3, 4 and 5 and test. You will also need to liaise with the existing Ruby developer to do any finishing or refactoring required - for example, Selenium has error outputs if the parser can't run or can't log in, etc, and these will need to be matched up with the Ruby code.
