Developing a Software to display CALLER ID and caller details in customer care agent [login to view URL] caller details should be fetched from Business application which runs in .NET/C# & SQL 2012).The Telephony we are using is Avaya IP Office 9.0.3 Objective: When an Incoming Call comes through Avaya IP Office ,the software should read the phone number and search our database (SQL) and display necessary details in customer care agents desktop.
