Digital weighing transmitter board

Good afternoon. I did a similar project on the basis of ADS1248, sensors from Vishay and microcontrollers Avr. The upper level was written in Delphi + OPC. It can be on something other ( LabWiev, Scada, ets. ). So you can get a fully working solution (development of the scheme, the printed circuit board and software) from one (my) hands. Thank you.

I've developed many eletronics boards of any instrumentations sensors, like MEMS inertial, infrared, hydrophones, pressure transducers, and others. We need some requirements that will follow some System Engineering samples, writing more technical requirements before start the project.
