I have worked on this board regarding a project where we JTAG programmed Lattice XP2 FPGA using the FT2232HL IC. The main role of AT90USB1287 was to act as an interface for control of nRF24L01 Transceiver and the Programming PC. This was to program the XP2 FPGA with Mico32 soft processor which used the OTG capabilities of the other AT90USB1287. I have extensive knowledge of Embedded Hardware(32bit/8bit processors, SPI, I2C, UART, JTAG and USB) as well as software(Embedded Linux, RTOS , OS system calls, Embedded C ).
