I am requiring a widget/program (im not actually 100% sure what it is called) that will autocomplete an application form for customers.

The original account opening form is approx 30 pages but a lot of the information is repeatitive and I would like this to be able to be autocompleted/autofilled. I was hoping the customer could input their key details such as name/address/phone/country etc and that information would populate the form.
