App to block some of the apps

Android app which can block some apps from accessing wifi and/or cellular data, while allowing other apps to work without interruption. We should be able to select Apps from list of installed apps, which we want to block from accessing Internet. \

We want to do this without using IP/NAT/Filter tables as those need rooting the device, therefore, we need an unrooted solution. We also do not want a VPN server hosted on the cloud/network. All the blocking should take place on the device
