Dairy Milk Production App required

Hi ! I need a iPad/iPhone App for my Dairy Farm. Please refer to the attached form we are using now. It must have two Portions 1) Data Entry : Supervisor will have to feed the data manually on twice a daily at the time of milking the cows. The Data to be entered is only 1) Select Cow No, Milking Qty and Self Use Qty ( Self Use is the Qty of Milk we left for Calfs), Qty Net for Sale must be auto calculative. 2) Time should be stamped automatically at the time of milking. 3) It should be editable 2) Dashboard with ready reports 1) The Data we entered in portion 1 must display here with following graphs 2) Period Wise Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Total Milking Details so that we should know what is the qty we are producing milk. We should be able to select the graph to view the comparison graph. 3) Cow Wise Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Total Milking Details so that we should know which cow is producing how much milk. We should be able to select the graph to view the comparison graph. 4) Cow Wise Comparison on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Total Milking Details. We should be able to select the graph to view the comparison graph to find which cow is yielding best. 5) Reporting section must be with be with pre defined reports. Cow Wise, Period Wise, Best Yeilding Cow, Best Day, Week of Yeilding. Features must need 1) Easy to use GUI 2) iCloud Sync Feature 3) Iphone/ Ipad 4) Reports must be exported to excel and pdf Terms : 1) Before Quoting you must provide a flow with html template 2) Time period must be 7 days at any condition. 3) Before award i need proof of understanding how you will develop it. 4) There is no fixed documents except our daily format.
