Create Script / App to pull data from spreadsheet & Txt file

We need someone to create a script/app that can pull pre-determined rows from a few inventory excel spreadsheets and text documents and export these rows to a single excel spreadsheet with the same columns. The columns in the source files don't match but it needs to match in the destination spreadsheet file. We also require that we be able to add and remove inventory items that the script/app will pick out to be exported to the destination spreadsheet file. Attached is an example of the spreadsheet and txt source files.
