We require a software written that will bring back the start menu of Windows 7 on Windows 8. All rights of the software will be owned by us. Preferred language is VB.Net or VB6 however you can have DLLs written in other language. 50% milestone at start then 50% when a demo is shown. No milestone will be released until final working product along with source code is delivered.

Hi, what kind of functionality do you want to implement? You have some draft about what do you need? The Windows 7 start menu is pretty powerful and responsive, what happens with the search? how that should work? and the style/customization options? I can offer a C# VS 2012 solution. I can work on VB.NET but I think C# is cleaner and nicer.
