I need an exe file that will copy a hosts file to c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/ folder (existing hosts file will be change), will open cmd window and enter ipconfig /flushdns command there and close cmd window. It also must put a shortcut to desktop. This shortcut will open a webpage when it is clicked. It is an easy project and I am looking for something fast and cheap.
