Need help setting up local server in Visual Studio

My website has been built using .NET with C#. The programmer here that I hired has done a great job, but he is no longer working on the site for me. The website is up and running, but will need some updates done. I am looking for someone to help me setup IIS with 4.5 on my local machine and be able to test the website before publishing. I have a testing server that is hosted by a 3rd party and it is where I publish the files before finally moving it over to the main website. My machine is running Window 7 Home Premium and I also have Visual Studio 2013. Again, needing someone to help me setup IIS and get everything the way it needs to be. I would prefer that you remote host to my computer and just set everything up for me. After that, I will be looking for someone to help me with updates to the website. I just want to be able to see the changes that have been made. The last programmer here has not been active and will not reply to any of my messages, so this is a concern for me. I need someone that will be around if needed.
