Create a program that will create a spreadsheet from the PDF Document Properties data.
We have folders that have up to 300,000 PDF files in each folder.
We need a Windows executable program that can take the data from each PDF's Document Properties, and put that data into a spreadsheet. The Document Properties can be viewed when you open a PDF document and click Ctrl-D.
The following field data must be put into a CSV file, one file per line:
File name with extension
Title
Author
Subject
Keywords
Created Date
Modified Date
Application
In the attached example file named 26(11).pdf, the first line of the CSV file would look like this:
26(11).pdf,Engine Oil, Chevron Products Company,04/30/2012,68649-42-3,5/3/2012 7:30:46 PM,11/27/2013 2:08:01 AM
I have included several files for you to test.
Your program must be able to process at least 5 files per second
You must complete this program within 7 days
Your program must allow the selection of the folder to process, the naming of the file, and the ability to choose the directory where the file is placed.
The program must work in a Windows Server environment
