Looking for talented developer to create a dashboard type of ticker to display stats/content derived from a SQL server database. More Information: Dashboard content should be customizable based on Active Directory user (currently logged in user) or user group. Dashboard/ticker should be parked at the top of the users desktop and ability to minimize should be disabled. Desktop operating system is XP. Need admin utility to build and push data to to the tickers/dashboards. See graphic for possible design. Please send message if you have any questions regarding this project. Thank you.
