Audio alert added to existing indicator in metatrader

I have simple indicator that draws dots in a panel based on the momentum indicator.

I would like an audio alert to play when 2 dots in a row have been drawn.

I would like this indicator to be in the form of a custom 'speech' audio file (which I can download), rather than one of the default

audio alerts that come with metatrader. (bells, chimes etc)

I am told that this will take a programmer a matter of minutes to accomplish, although

I don't have an programming abilities, hence this post!
