Click and Save picture from USB camera

Require a software to operate on windows NT/2000/XP/7 I Prefer executable with no dependency on .NET Purpose: We need to take a picture of an item and save it on a network drive so everyone can access it. There are many application to take a picture and also included with web cam hardware, But we need something simpler and easier to save, without going to menu> file> save as> etc. Because many operators are not familiar with this procedure. Objective: Take a picture of object via USB web camera Save it to drive with assigned name (we assign name). GUI Interface: Preview image Take picture button File name (form field) for image - Folder/Path must be defined setup file Save button Exit button Format: JPG, Gif, PNG or any low dense/small format for web Size 320x240 Others: Once image is clicked and saved the buffer/preview should clear and screen should be ready for next operation. If not saved and picture clicked again, then new image should preview and be ready to save. Folder where image is saved must be predetermined in setup, but we should be able to change folder location. When application is launched, the buffer should be clean with no preview, and the "click" button should be highlighted so we can use carriage return (enter) from keyboard.
