I need a virtaul dedicated server, a vps, or a dedicated server that costs no more than $45 USD a month. I will be paying monthly. The first month will be paid via GAF escrow and I'd like it set up ASAP so it can be used and directions to access it via SSL and FTP should be provided ASAP after set up.
