I need some help with my business. I am a busy Real Estate agent in the GTA and I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist with Administrative tasks. Although experience working with Real Estate agents would be an asset, I am willing to train the right candidate. In particular, I am looking for someone who can take the administrative side of my business off my hands so I can focus on sales calls and client fulfillment. There is room for growth for the successful candidate and the possibility of advancement. I really want to take someone under my “wing” and have them become my right hand! There will be some interactions with clients and prospects so you should not be afraid to talk on the phone. (Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean any type of cold-calling). Excellent command of the English language is a must. The successful candidate would be proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable with using social media. Good grammar is important as well as neat handwriting as one of the tasks will be to prepare hand-written notes to clients and potential clients. I would love the opportunity for a face-to-face at least monthly in the Toronto area so you should be close to (or willing to travel to) this area at least monthly. To be considered you should be someone who is detail-oriented, independent and has a strong personality (a real go-getter). You need to be someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to learn new things. I am looking to work with an idea person and someone who is willing to bring suggestions to the table for ways to work more efficiently and effectively.
