Condominium Architect Needed

Hi, we are a small start-up company with plans to develop a small, classy condominium in the Caribbean geared to international buyers. We are looking to work with an architect team to help us develop the site plan for a ~ 50 unit building with suites ranging from 1+den to 2+den bedroom . One of the owners is the chief civil engineer and will be hands-on during the entire site development. This team should be based in Toronto, Canada preferably, but we are hopeful to find the best team for us anywhere in North America, or internationally with a strong background in small condominium development, should be open to travel and possibly provide on-site support (accomodations can be arranged), be flexible and determined to see this project to completion. The site development will include: structural and logistical development individual suites lobby common areas outdoor landscaping (will be working with local landscapers for support) This team will also be expected to co-ordinate efforts with the web development team for online web-presence and online sales support.
