We have designed and started building phase 1 of a brand new apartment building but do not like the design and layouts of the apartments in phase 2 and 3 of the build and want to have these totally redesigned. We need to hire someone with a lot of experience to come up with creative solutions to the layouts to maximise the site coverage but having regards to the amenity and aesthetics. The site is approx. 40 meters square and the building can be 10 meters high. Shops and Car parking is on the ground floor and 2x floors of residential accommodation is above. Phase 1 has been built (almost completed on site) and has 7 apartments. We estimate there can be about another 20 apartments built on the remaining site. At this stage we are looking for the concepts and designs. Working construction drawings will follow later in a separate package and by separate negotiation.
