i have a project which i like to show to investor. the brochure should show them, tell the story of my project to them in the shortest possible way. it should be smart, attractive with photos and visual effects to keep readers interested and focused longest possible, and it must be as short as possible.

the project is a an air-conditioned sports hall made of glass roof and glass wall for soccer games. it can be hired for sports events.
