What we want, generally: We are a startup that is developing an app for couples to manage their finances together, and we want to add content to our blog to drum up interest in our app and to improve our SEO. As you might guess, we want blog posts relating to couples' finances. Ultimately, we're hoping to find someone to write blog posts for us for a while, but to start, we just want a single post so that we can evaluate your writing skills.
What kind of post we want: The length of the blog post doesn't matter so much as the fact that it's engaging and relevant. Here are few examples of posts from other sites that we like: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] Please feel free to get creative. Also, if you have graphics to include with the article, that will be bonus points.
Other details:
-For the first blog post, we'll pay $25 for 700-1000 words or $35 for 1,000+ words. If we like your work, we are willing to negotiate a reasonable price for posts going forward.
-Ownership: We will own full rights to the post and the use of the post--you are not entitled to post the content anywhere else. If we use your post on our site, we reserve the right to list another person as the author and to make changes to the post. We also reserve the right to stop working together at any point.
