Banner Creation

I'll be project managing the development of banners for my clients. This project request is for 1 banner. I fully expect many more to come. To qualify for this work, you must meet the following criteria: 1) deliver accurate & timely work, 2) provide unlimited revisions - within reason of course, 3) personally do the work, 4) have the ability to provide strong creative guidance, 5) be able communicate on gmail chat 6) have experience that is demonstrated by similar work, and 7) provide examples of that work. Also, please provide your physical location, so that I can determine your time zone as it relates to mine (in Toronto). Lastly, provide your local hours of operation. I think you will find me reasonable to work with. However, I will expect the same, by way of having all my criteria met. I've attached the specifications, regarding the banners.
