Baby bottle holder

I have incomplete drawings, I need a prototype made, project will feed toddlers initial thought up for babies but project made bigger can serve older adults and most people with limited and no use of their hands and/or arms. Babies will always be born people always get old and unfortunately birth defects are out of our control. The project would be made of a hard rubber material on the bottom and a softer rubbery plastic And handles on the side comfortable to the touch along with a suction cup attachment on the bottom that would attach it to the high chair table.
