Hi I just saw your project , I have work on several projects in California and can help you to update the drawing set, to show the proposed changes for the second floor I see that the scope of work will involve updating the floor plan, door and windows schedules, crossed section, electrical and plumbing layout, structural drawings, just to mention a couple of items. as your new proposal does not show any changes to the design widows your Title 24 energy calculation should still be good.
