As we can see from the picture that you showed comb will be made in two operations. The first operation will be laser cutting, and the other is engraving figures and inscriptions on the comb. In my opinion the process engineer in the workshop which will produce a comb should draft DXF contour and inscriptions on the comb. So I'm not sure whether 3D model comb or what I mentioned.
