A very new freelancer as it seem you are so feeling my way through the process. I have a very diverse background in electronics design, prototyping and ultimately manufacturing. I am familiar with many manufacturing processes from explosive forming titanium shells to detail injection mouldings and I have a strong appreciation of the need to consider the development of any product from concept development to final manufacturing as a series of mutually interdependant stages. My preference has always been top down design and bottom up realisation. I have my own workshop and can create prototypes using a variety of prototyping materials and methods. Is your product a mechanical device or an aesthatic component or a combination of both? Example: Blender is a mechanical device while a designer bookshelf is the later. 3. Do you require an external mechanical packaging design only or with the complete internal mechanisms as well? For example, I can design the exterior look of a blender and also the motors and gears and the components inside. 4. If you are going to manufacture, any specific country you are planning to exclusively sell this product? Or will it be available worldwide? We have to satisfy all the regulations and regional requirements such as weather, power ratings and etc. 5. Any targeted materials in mind to make your product exclusive and special? Different materials require different design method to ease manufacturing process. 6. Any targeted specification? Or do you want me to come up with the specification?
